Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy applies to physical products purchased through The Happy Haven Collective, including candles and home goods.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within the United States only

  • Processing times may vary and will be communicated at checkout or via confirmation email

  • Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed

Returns & Exchanges

  • Unused, unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damage and packaging

  • We will offer an exchange if the product is available, or a refund if it is not

All products are carefully inspected prior to shipment, but we understand issues can occur during transit and will work with you to resolve them fairly.
