Payment Policy

Interior design services offered by The Happy Haven Collective are consultation-based and provided by appointment only.

Payment & Booking

All design consultations are offered on a request-to-book basis. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability. Booking is confirmed only after the request has been reviewed, approved, and payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. One reschedule may be permitted at the Designer’s discretion, subject to availability.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Consultation time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Missed appointments or no-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds

Because design services reserve time and preparation, consultation fees are non-refundable except in the rare event that the Designer must cancel. If this occurs, the Client will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.
