Service Description
Designed for new homeowners and recent move-ins. We’ll create a functional layout plan, determine what to purchase now versus later, and establish clear priorities so your home feels intentional from day one. Includes a written action plan and visual direction delivered digitally. * 3 Hour Services include a 90-minute in-home consult followed by up to 90 minutes of off-site designer preparation time. Off-site work includes a written action plan and visual direction such as mood boards or layout recommendations, delivered digitally.
Cancellation Policy
All interior design services offered by The Happy Haven Design Collective are consultation-based and provided by appointment only. Booking & Payment All consultations must be requested in advance. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Each request is personally reviewed to ensure alignment, scope, and scheduling fit. Bookings are confirmed only after approval and full payment have been received. Payment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and availability for the scheduled consultation. No services will be rendered without payment confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. One reschedule may be permitted at the Designer’s discretion and is subject to availability. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Consultation time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to honor subsequent commitments. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. Waitlist If a consultation is fully booked, clients may request to be added to a waitlist. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis as openings arise. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a booking.
