The Happy Haven Plan is the next step after your Happy Haven Consult, designed for people who want a clear, cohesive design direction and a plan they can actually follow. This is where we turn clarity into a tangible, beautiful plan for your home. You’ll receive a customized design roadmap that includes mood boards, layout direction, color and material guidance, and a prioritized plan of action. Perfect for: ✔️ homeowners who want a cohesive home ✔️ new homes that need direction ✔️ listing preparation (ready-to-list refresh) ✔️ short-term rental optimization ✔️ anyone who wants a clear plan before purchasing What you receive: ✔️ mood board & inspiration ✔️ color palette + material direction ✔️ layout recommendations ✔️ room-by-room roadmap ✔️ prioritized action plan including a shopping list Investment: Starting at $750, each additional room/space +$500. **If you book the Happy Haven Plan within 30 days of your Happy Haven Consult, your consult fee will be applied as a credit toward the plan.**
Cancellation Policy
All interior design services offered by The Happy Haven Design Collective are consultation-based and provided by appointment only. Booking & Payment All consultations must be requested in advance. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Each request is personally reviewed to ensure alignment, scope, and scheduling fit. Bookings are confirmed only after approval and full payment have been received. Payment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and availability for the scheduled consultation. No services will be rendered without payment confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. One reschedule may be permitted at the Designer’s discretion and is subject to availability. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Consultation time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to honor subsequent commitments. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. Waitlist If a consultation is fully booked, clients may request to be added to a waitlist. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis as openings arise. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a booking.
