If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure what to do next in your home, the Happy Haven Consult is your first step. In this 90-minute session (virtual or in-home), we’ll walk through your space, clarify your goals, and outline next steps. You’ll leave with confidence, direction, and a short written recap outlining your next steps. This consult is perfect for: ✔️ new homeowners who want direction ✔️ anyone feeling stuck or overwhelmed ✔️ preparing a home to sell ✔️ short-term rental optimization ✔️ refreshes and room updates ✔️ DIYers who want professional guidance What you receive: ✔️ 90-minute guided consultation ✔️ real-time design strategy ✔️ short written recap w/ clear next steps **If you choose to move forward with a Happy Haven Plan within 30 days of your Happy Haven Consult, your consult fee will be applied as a credit toward the plan. **
Cancellation Policy
All interior design services offered by The Happy Haven Design Collective are consultation-based and provided by appointment only. Booking & Payment All consultations must be requested in advance. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee availability. Each request is personally reviewed to ensure alignment, scope, and scheduling fit. Bookings are confirmed only after approval and full payment have been received. Payment reserves dedicated time, preparation, and availability for the scheduled consultation. No services will be rendered without payment confirmation. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee. One reschedule may be permitted at the Designer’s discretion and is subject to availability. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Consultation time begins at the scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session in order to honor subsequent commitments. Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable. Waitlist If a consultation is fully booked, clients may request to be added to a waitlist. Availability is offered on a first-come, first-served basis as openings arise. Placement on the waitlist does not guarantee a booking.
